What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle, introspective and stationary practice that cultivates inner calm. It helps us understand the value of acceptance at a deep cellular level. Yin Yoga promotes slowing down, where poses are held in a relaxed manner for a longer period of time, 3-4 minutes, affecting the fascia to increase mobility and stimulate the flow of Qi within the meridians and organs. The practice helps: release stress, calm the mind and experience the essence of being.

What happens during a sound bath?
Participants rest back on a yoga mat or bolster and relax as planetary tuned, crystal bowls and other instruments are played to create a vibrational, healing experience that resonates with every cell in the body, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. These instruments put you in a state of deep relaxation, work to clear the subconscious, clear out stuck energy, calm the mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems.
