This practice is perfect for anyone who desires mindful movement without getting down onto the floor - whether you’re healing from an injury, navigating limited mobility, returning to movement, or simply craving a softer entry point. With guided breath, thoughtful stretching, and community connection, you’ll build stability, improve balance, and feel more at home in your body. All are welcome to pull up a chair, breathe deeply, and experience how supportive and empowering movement can truly be.
