Kersten (Kas) is so overjoyed that her life has been a continuing journey of personal evolution. From yoga teacher to massage therapy to acupuncture... her viewpoint in the body, staying healthy and living wholely with the seasons and all phases of life, as well as continuing to grow with awareness. She's so excited to share her experience of this with you. Her background includes teaching yoga teacher trainings, personal detox journeys, and navigating the seasons with chinese medicine in person and online. And she still gets to teach yoga and mind body awareness movements in her hometown of Sheridan, wyoming. She is mom to a creative songbird named Luci and stepmom tp a firefly sportsstar Sagan, wife to an amazing man who lives her vision of health and wellness and a mom to several fuzzy cats and dogs.
Matthew has always had a fascination for the healing martial arts and movement. With over 15 years of Chin Na training, Tai Chi and Qigong he masterfully blends this In a simple effective movement style. Just completing his acupuncture degree along with a personal trainer and physical therapy assistant he is constantly working on how to heal the body from injury and wear and tear. His love of good whole food is inspired from being a father and keeping her healthy and vibrant. He is looking forward to carving out a speciality practice that incorporates Nada, acupuncture, and past life regression to bring full healing to an individual, he’s excited to share what he has learned with you.
