Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga: This 60 minute class focuses on calming the body and treatment of stress. We start each class with a check-in to see what everyone needs to work on and build a practice around that information. We'll focus on using the breath and gentle poses to transition into a restful, relaxed state. This class is held in the "Street Studio" (our smaller studio). Registration is greatly appreciated and important in order to reserve your space!
