Beginners Yoga: Five Week Series w/ Milidi

Small Group Beginners Series w/ Milidi

Have you always wanted to practice yoga but didn’t know where to start? Join us for this five-class beginner's yoga series!

Feb 17 - March 17, every Sunday  3:00-4:30pm

$75+tax for 5 week series

*no refunds for missed classes, class size is limited so register early.  


Why Should You Do This?

  • Build confidence in your yoga practice

  • Explore the foundations of yoga

  • Nurturing and supportive environment for discovery

  • Learn modifications that suit your body’s needs

  • Increase breath and body awareness

  • Improve strength and flexibility

  • Decrease stress levels within mind and body

Details:

  • This series will include discussion, asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath work) and meditation/relaxation.  

  • Questions will be encouraged and welcome throughout the class.

  • Participants will have access to a private Facebook group; more space for questions, inspiration and/or suggested area of focus for each week.

  • Small setting of 14 students, committed to five weeks together to support each other and build community

What to Bring & Additional Information:

  • Bring an open beginner's mind.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that give you free range of motion.

  • Yoga is done barefoot.

  • A yoga mat (no worries mats are available to borrow at the studio).

  • Hydrate yourself before and after class, we have a filtered water station. Please no water bottles in practice room.

  • It is not recommended to have a full meal directly before class. Don’t eat heavy in the two hours before class.

  • Please know being flexible is not a requirement to practice yoga, we do yoga so we can become flexible.  

  • If you have any history of injury, illness, or anything about your health we should know about, PLEASE INFORM YOUR INSTRUCTOR BEFORE CLASS.
