I'm jumping in with both feet, facing my fears and finally learning to surf - even just a little. Progress over perfection, I like to say! I’d like nothing more than to share this experience with a few other courageous, adventurous peeps! Is that you?

Meet me in Costa Rica:: December 5 - December 11 :: We'll surf, we'll yoga, we'll settle into the sweet pura vida (‘pure life’). Sounds pretty sweet, right?! Believe me - it is. I’ve traveled to this area many, many times over the years and it always feels like coming home.

There are only a few spaces for this as the camp itself is small. The sleeping arrangements can accommodate 5 with unshared beds, or up to 7-9 if you bring your daughter, sister or bestie and share a bed.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Deposits will reserve your spot in the retreat and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time. Refunds will not be issued, for any reason, 90 days or less before retreat start date and can only be applied to a future Surf + Yoga Retreat within one year of cancellation date. In the unlikely event that Karen or Natalia need to cancel the program, participants will receive a full refund.
