Time does not heal all. Fundamentally what supports healing is your own choice to fully embrace the healing process. Forgiveness of self and others is a key aspect within the healing process and doing so responsibly requires guidance and support. The deep feeling of healing flourishes in an atmosphere of safety and inclusion. We open up when we feel safe. We take risks when we feel safe. Most of the time people feel safe when they are with others who are very accepting, caring and compassionate. This workshop aims to provide this necessity to further your healing process. In order to feel new levels of renewal and wholeness we must learn to forgive ourselves; cultivating compassion, self-care and deep acceptance within, as well as taking ownership of our experience, actions and results.
This is the atmosphere that we will create - a supportive environment where we can connect and discuss meaningful matters, and move into new levels of freedom and peace of heart.
