Close the year with presence and peace in this special candlelit practice designed to honor all that has been and make space for what’s to come. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle, heart-opening flow to awaken the body and clear the energy, followed by 30–45 minutes of deeply restorative postures to soothe the nervous system and ground into stillness. The evening will close with guided meditation and quiet reflection; an invitation to listen inward, release with gratitude, and step into the new year with clarity and ease. If it feels right, bring your journal to capture your experience and insights.
