Celebrate the coming of Spring, as we transition into the next season. In Druidry, this time is known as Alban Eliir, “Light of the Earth” as the day and night become equal and the Sun grows warmer and life starts to return from the sleep of winter. The Spring Equinox brings hope, change, growth, and the blossoming of the intentions we've planted throughout Fall and Winter.

This event will combine the Earth magic of Ceremonial Cacao with Primal Movements to unleash the energies we have allowed to be still during the season of winter. We will use our bodies and our voices to tap into and unlock our personal magic. We will close class with a Sound Shower Journey experience to integrate and ground.

Clarissa is an E-RYT®500, RYPT, YACEP® teaching and practicing for over 15 years. She also has certifications in Mindfulness and Meditation, Sound Healing, and Cacao Ceremony facilitation. She is a practitioner of the Munay Ki Shamanic path and continues to study ancient rituals and create unique events integrating these teachings. Infusing her specialty classes with shamanic instruments and tools, crystal singing bowls, gongs, pranayama, meditation, movement and vocalizations she connects students to their senses to create a full mind-body experience and spark transformation.
