This workshop is designed for all levels of practitioner in mind. If you have no idea what QiGong is, even better! You’re a perfect blank slate, the best kind of student. One nice benefit of QiGong is that you do not need to be able to get yourself onto the floor and back up. These postures and movement are done standing. Learn how to move in accordance with the season of Summer and inquire into your true nature of being.
After this workshop, you will have the tools and understanding to create your own daily practice that will:
reverse the effects of aging
boost immunity
relieve tension, phycial and mental
spark joy
nourish the body through the cultivation of Qi
