The first Full Moon of the year comes to us as the Wolf Moon in the sign of Cancer.
Flowing with the energy of the first release opportunity of the New Year we will connect Movement, Sound and the support of Cacao in our journey.
We will open with a Cacao Circle to connect to the Grandmother energy of the sacred Cacao plant. This connects us to the energy and support of Mother Earth. Cacao provides healing supportive energy that allows us to expand through our unconscious and dive deeper into transformation and unlock our own true healing path.
We will flow through a short Kundalini inspired practice to activate our physical bodies and unlock blocked energies within. Then you will be guided through a Shamanic Sound Shower that includes the use of a variety of instruments from crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other elements of nature and vibration. No two sound journey experiences are ever the same and we will connect with the element of Water and the animal essence of the Wolf during this evening's offering.
This first Full Moon is the Exhale, the moment to clear out the stagnant and create space for the next cycle of change.
