Embody combines the heart opening medicine of Cacao with movement and sound to uncover the hidden self and bring forth your magic.
During this event you will be guided through a Cacao Ceremony to connect with the heart of Mother Earth. Using the 5 Rhythms Movement framework you have the opportunity to release stagnant energies and connect more deeply to your primal energies. The practice will close with a Shamanic Sound Shower to recalibrate your soul's vibration.
The shift into the season of introspection provides the chance to embrace the inward journey through the Shadow spaces. Using embodiment practices you can begin to soften and release the tensions of expectation, perception and your unconscious mind.

Clarissa is a E-RYT®500, RYPT, YACEP® teaching and practicing for over 15 years. She also has certifications as a 200 hour Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and 100 hour Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. She is also a practitioner of the Munay Ki Shamanic path. She facilitates healing and activations during her yoga classes, Moon and sacred ceremonies, special events and retreats. Infusing her classes with shamanic instruments and tools, crystal singing bowls, pranayama, meditation, movement and vocalizations she connects students to their senses to create a full mind-body experience and spark transformation. Clarissa travels and leads retreats internationally and in the Black Hills area along with yoga teacher trainings through Light the Spark Within LLC, a business she co-founded.
