The January Full Moon in Cancer brings the fluid energy of Water. We'll celebrate the power of the Full Moon with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony and Water Blessing followed by a Sound Shower to invoke the energy of Water and the Spirit of Cacao. We will then move into a Movement experience where we connect more deeply to our flow state and open our hearts to the guidance of the Moon.
Clarissa is a E-RYT®500, RYPT, YACEP® teaching and practicing for over 15 years. She also has certifications as a 200 hour Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and 100 hour Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. The flow of energy of the world and connection to Mother Nature influence her teaching from Vinyasa to Yin and everything in-between. She facilitates healing and activations during her yoga classes, Moon and sacred ceremonies, special events and retreats. Infusing her classes with shamanic instruments and tools, crystal singing bowls, pranayama, meditation, movement and vocalizations she connects students to their senses to create a full mind-body experience and spark transformation. Clarissa travels and leads retreats internationally and in the Black Hills area along with yoga teacher trainings through Light the Spark Within LLC, a business she co-founded.
