Embracing Simple: A Workshop for Stress & Anxiety

The hardest part about controlling negative thoughts and overthinking is getting yourself to do something about it. This workshop was created with the hope that it will help you drop the notion that your practice has to be perfect or complicated for it to be beneficial.

We will focus on very simple practices and techniques that will help you in times of high stress and anxiety. We will explore different types of breath work, yin yoga poses, meditation techniques and discuss the benefits of each. No yoga experience required.
