Sōl Yoga Collective is thrilled to be offering a FREE monthly yoga class at our public library beginning Monday, January 11, 2016 at 6:30pm. This is a 60 minute class, suitable for any level of practitioner. Please bring your own mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.
Instructors from Sōl will rotate through, each taking a turn or two to bring yoga out of the studio, and into our community -- which is exactly our intention: making and keeping yoga accessible to all.
